Fast delivery Drilling Tool Downhole Motor - Coring Tools – LUQI Detail:
The coring tool is designed according to the characteristics of the US 250 coring tool, combined with the domestic conventional coring and material processing conditions, and new conventional coring tools designed for use in the field with existing problems. 40CrMnMo high quality steel is preferred for outer tube. It can be used for well depth up to 7000 meters, and the inner cylinder can be used for disposable glass cylinder.

Technology Characteristics:
1. The threaded joint has an open elastic ring.
2. Rotating suspension assemblies have two reverse buckles and caps to prevent steel-flue tripping.
3. There are adjuster to guarantee 1mm coaxiality between inner barrel and coring bit.
4. Formation-keeping inner barrel and composite core catcher cutting coring device can gurantee the shallow stratum coring and soft broken stratum boring.
5. This tool should have a good performance in inclined well coring.
7. High strength material can guarantee the safety and reliability in 7000m coring.
