The even wall motor not only enhances the capacity of impact resistance and deformation resistance of the rubber on the stator internal surface, but also avoid the rubber aging and rubber losing problems during the process of vulcanization, achieving the best rubber vulcanization effect, guaranteeing the service life of the even wall motor, and improving the build-up rate of downhole motor.
      Features of this type motor are with large pressure drop, enough power, low rotary speed and high volumetric efficiency. The pressure drop of each level is 2-3 times than the conventional downhole motor, and the motor volumetric efficiency is 40% higher than the total efficiency of the conventional motor. If this kind of motor is used together with the rock bit, it will apply a higher weight on the bit. The even wall motor has small bending radius, higher rate of building angle, showing greater advantages in short-radius horizontal well, deep well and high temperature well application.
